All topics that we received only articles relating to civics and citizenship education fields. Citizenship education as one of the national agenda in Singapore has an important position in providing citizenship understanding in order to prepare young citizens for the future of Singapore. Singapore's centralized education system and strict controls lead to highly vulnerable citizenship education politicization and ideologization of citizens through education. In fact, many studies show that the government under the People's Action party (PAP) is using authoritarian ways to defend and perpetuate its power through education. The attempts by the Singapore government with the soft authoritarian government or some experts say authoritarian with the usual Gramscian meaning "hegemony". Hegemony is the effort of a person or group of people (state) in maintaining or dominating his power in a peaceful way not by violence. With literature research and critical analytical descriptive methods in the form of relevant books and research, this paper wants to show how the PAP seeks to interpret its ideology with the hegemony done to teachers of citizenship education. Melalui metode dan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, peneliti lebih memfokuskan kajiannya pada serangkaian peristiwa demonstrasi besar-besaran yang terjadi di Jakarta dengan dinamai “Aksi Bela Islam” oleh kelompok penggeraknya yaitu GNPF-MUI (Gerakan Naisonal Pengawal Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia) yang berpengaruh terhadap konstelasi politik saat itu. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa<em> Aksi Bela Islam telah menunjukkan keterlibatannya dalam arena politik yang bergejolak, dan proses tersebut telah membentuk watak situasi politik yang terjadi dalam Pilkada DKI Jakarta. The use of animation based learning media is expected to help the learning process and improve student learning outcomes.This study used the research method namely quantitative research with correlation analysis. While the sample taking technique used Sampling where the sample used was grade VII Alimuddin Islamic High School non Probability Sampling, which amounted to 45 students. The research instrument in this research damaged the likert scale with Aangket inserts 10 questions with 4 questions. Data collection techniques use archivist based observation and angkets. Research obtained in this study indicates that this calculation t is uncountable -35.206 and t table calculation (-)1,68. So calculate (-35.206) &gt; t table 1.68 or significant 0,000 &lt; from 0,05 So there is the animated learning media influence over class learners interest in grade VII Alimuddin Islamic High School. Meaningless H0 : rejected and Ha : received. This writing uses a descriptive method that is seen as a comprehensive integral. The results showed that the current conditions of internalizing Pancasila values were; weak education system, resistance to the ideology of Pancasila, lack of exemplary leaders, and the increasing negative influence of external values that are not in accordance with Pancasila. The internalization of Pancasila values is done by; strengthening the education system, enhancing national identity and character, increasing the commitment of national leaders, increasing understanding of Pancasila values in daily life to increase the deterrence of negative influences through education, outreach and cooperation. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa satu orang guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dan tiga orang siswa kelas X Akuntansi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan (1) antusiasme siswa dalam belajar mata pelajaran masih membutuhkan perhatian, tak lepas dari kendala baik kondisi kelas, maupun waktu belajar. Oleh karena itu guru harus mampu mengendalikan kelas agar keadaan kelas kembali terkendali dan siswa dapat belajar dengan konsentrasi, guru harus mampu membaca situasi kelas dengan baik. (2) Media visual dapat mempermudah guru dalam memberikan materi alam pembelajaran, media visual menampilkan gambaran konkret suatu materi, media visual juga dapat memusatkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar dan siswa mudah mengerti materi pelajaran, serta merangsang keaktifan siswa dalam belajar Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaran. (3) Media visual dapat memberikan gamabaran nyata suatu materi karena bukan hanya menampilkan teks, namun juga terdapat gambar, gerak, animasi yang menarik bagi siswa sehingga media visual agar dapat peningkatkan keinginan belajar mengajar siswa.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong><br>Visual media utilization in civic education learning. Visual media are visual aids used by the teacher in teaching and learning so that they can be enjoyed by students through vision or the five senses. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The study was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Ciputat, South Tangerang. The subjects of this study were students of one teacher of Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects and three students of class X Accounting. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. This research resulted in (1) the enthusiasm of students in learning subjects still requires attention, not free from constraints both in classroom conditions and learning time. Therefore the teacher must be able to control the class so that the classroom situation is back in control and students can learn with concentration, the teacher must be able to read the class situation well. (2) Visual media can facilitate teachers in providing natural learning material, visual media display concrete images of a material, visual media can also focus student motivation in learning and students easily understand subject matter, and stimulate student activity in learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education. Metode peneitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode komparatif dengan mencari referensi teori yang relevan sesuai dengan kajian riset ini. Ada empat macam bentuk kolaborasi yang ditawarkan di dalam penelitian ini di antaranya (1) harus ada kesepakatan mengenai platform dan agenda politik bersama di antara partai-partai yang berkoalisi, (2) adanya pembagian kekuasaan atau power sharing yang secara relatif dianggap memuaskan oleh seluruh partai mitra koalisi dan ahli, (3) perlu penegasan Presiden kepada partai politik untuk memberikan kader terbaiknya yang memiliki keahlian dibidangnya untuk duduk sebagai menteri, (4) Kabinet Zaken bisa di pilih oleh presiden melalui kontribusi partai koalisi maupun dari seleksi oleh Presiden sendiri dalam penentuan secara terbuka oleh para ahli di bidangnya masing-masing. Jadi bentuk Kolaborasi (1) bisa diisi 50% dari kalangan ahli professional (non parpol), 50% dari kalangan parpol. (2) bisa 30% dari kalangan ahli professional non parpol, 70% dari kalangan parpol yang sesuai bidang akademik dan kerjanya. (3). Pos-pos menteri yang menyangkut hajat hidup orang banyak sebaiknya dijabat oleh menteri yang berasal dari kalangan ahli professional non parpol.</p> <p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong><br>Collaboration zaken cabinet and coalition cabinet in the formation of an effective cabinet. This research supports the search for collaboration formulations between the zaken cabinet and the coalition cabinet in an effective cabinet framework. The research method used in this study is a comparative method by finding relevant theory references in accordance with this research study. There are four types of collaboration offered in this study above (1) there must be agreement on a platform and a joint political agenda between the parties that are in the coalition, (2) there is a division of power or the division of power that is related freely received by each party coalition partners and experts, (3) the president must be affirmed for political parties to provide the best cadres who have expertise in their fields to sit as ministers, (4) the zaken cabinet can be chosen by the president opened by experts in their respective fields. So the Collaboration form (1) can be filled 50% from professional experts (non-political parties), 50% from political parties. (2) 30% can be from non-political professional experts, 70% from political parties that are suitable in the academic field and competition.
