In contrast to previous studies on online shopping, this study refers to the Technology Acceptance Theory that is integrated with the Innovation Diffusion Theory. Respondents of this study are junior high school students in Jakarta. By using the quantitative research methods and convenience methods to collect data, so the respondents as many as 356 students of junior high school have been taken. The data collected were then analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling by confirmatory factor analyses. Four of the five hypotheses were accepted. The research method that is used; quantitative research and causal effect, by using primary data. Data collecting technique by conducting survey with questionnaires. The analysis method uses inferential statistics with parametric data type, and for internal analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of the research shows that the variables of transformational leadership to performance have positive and significant effect because they have p-value 0,000 ≤ α, with signigificance level 0,05. Likewise, transformational leadership to job satisfaction has a value of p-value 0,000 ≤ α &nbsp;which means transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction on teacher performance has no significant effect with p-value 0,060 ≥ α. In transformational Leadership to performance is mediated by job satisfaction shows significant influence. In the variable of transformational leadership toward the attachment of work has positive and significant influence with t-value of p-value 0,000 ≤ α. Likewise, work attachment to performance has p-value 0,000 ≤ α. This research uses survey method with correlation approach. Correlation approach used to see the influence between three independent variables creativity and self efficacy that influence and given symbol X1 and X2, with dependent variable of entrepreneurship intention as influenced and given symbol Y. This research uses survey method with correlation approach. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative&nbsp; by using the method of observation and interview and then analyzed by giving an overview of the performance of the strategy undertaken and explain systematically. Total question answer is 250 respondens from 630 related population number.</em> <em>Data analysis use </em><em>Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and the</em><em>result shows that project management office variable, project management system, site condition, owner involvment, and project management team capacity, have positif influence to project performance at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk.
