In contrast to previous studies on online shopping, this study refers to the Technology Acceptance Theory that is integrated with the Innovation Diffusion Theory. Respondents of this study are junior high school students in Jakarta. By using the quantitative research methods and convenience methods to collect data, so the respondents as many as 356 students of junior high school have been taken. The data collected were then analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling by confirmatory factor analyses. Four of the five hypotheses were accepted. The result of the research shows that tranasformational leadership toward performance and job satisfaction have positive and significant influence. However, job satisfaction on teacher performance has no significant effect. Transformational leadership of performance mediated by job satisfaction shows a significant influence. Furthermore, transformational leadership towards work attachment has a positive and significant effect. Likewise on the variable attachment of work to performance. This research uses survey method with correlation approach. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative&nbsp; by using the method of observation and interview and then analyzed by giving an overview of the performance of the strategy undertaken and explain systematically.
