Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the initial attitude of sleep on his back and the initial attitude of sitting berlunjur to the results of learning to roll back to the students of class II SLTP Santa Maria Central Jakarta. The research method used is the experimental method, with t statistic technique t independent test. The population studied were second grade students of SLTP Santa Maria, Central Jakarta as 72 students consisting of sons and daughters, divided into 2 groups of each group consisting of 36 students then 36 students were drawn again as many as 20 students. Sampling is done by simple random sampling. The results of the final test data of the two groups with degrees of freedom (dk) = 38, group A with mean (X) = 7.40, standard deviation (SD) 0.95 and group B with average (X) 8, 4 standard deviation (SD) 0.94 obtained t value of 3.23 while t table value 2,042. The value of t arithmetic 3.23> t table 2.042 means between the two groups there are significant differences in learning outcomes between the initial attitude of supine sleep and the initial attitude of sitting berlunjur there are results of learning to roll back. Thus the conclusion of the study showed that the initial attitude of sitting was more effective than the initial attitude of sleep on your back to the results of learning to roll back.
