The Balke Test and the Rockport Road Test are tests that are often used to measure VO2max by many people with various sports backgrounds. Comparative descriptive research has been conducted with 16 male research subjects using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that from the t test results it was found that there were differences in VO2max values produced by the Balke Test and the Rockport Road Test (44.88 ± 3.90.46 vs. 54.36 ± 4.94). The conclusions of the study showed that there was VO2max value produced by the Balke Test and the Rockport Road Test on the research subjects (with a P value of 0,000 <α = 0.05).
