ANALISIS TERMAL DAN STRUKTUR NANO KOMPOSIT DENGAN BAHAN PENGISI NANO PARTIKEL ABU SEKAM PADI
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat nano komposit serta menentukan sifat termal dan struktur . Metode yang dilakukan dengan cara nano partikel abu sekam padi di campur dengan HDPE dan kompatibeliser PE-g-MA , dengan variasi komposisi (2,4,6,8,10) % berat dengan alat internal mixer laboplastomil pada suhu 150 0C dengan laju 60 rpm selama 10 menit . Hasil nano komposit dikarakterisasi sifat termal dan struktur . Hasil analisa termal DSC ada perubahan suhu leleh dengan penambahan komposisi nono abu sekam padi namun tidak terlalu signifikan . Dari analisis TGA terlihat terjadinya stabilitas termal dengan panambahan komposisi abu sekam padi dimana suhu dekomposisinya diatas 600 o C . analisis xrd secara umum mengikuti pola difraksi HDPE , namun terjadi interkalasi antara matrik HDPE dengan nano abu sekam padi dengan adanya penambahan sehingga terjadi pergeseran intensitas dan sudut difraksi.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to create nano composites and determine thermal properties and structure. The method is performed ways nano rice husk ash particles blend with HDPE and compatibelizer PE-gMA, with variations in composition (2,4,6,8,10)% by weight with laboplastomil internal mixer at a temperature of 1500C at a rate of 60 rpm for 10 minutes. Results of nano composites characterized thermal properties and structure. The Results of thermal analysis DSC melting temperature of any changes with the addition of rice husk ash composition nono but not too significant. TGA analysis looks occurrence of thermal stability with the addition of rice husk ash composition wherein the decomposition temperature above 600° C. XRD analysis generally follows the pattern of diffraction HDPE, but there intercalates between the matrix of HDPE with nano rice husk ash with the addition that a shift in the intensity and angle of diffraction.
