The implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in early childhood education institutions is crucial to ensuring children’s health and safety during school hours. This study aims to analyze the implementation of PHBS at TK Aisyiyah Pucangan 1 through observation of school cleanliness, sanitation facilities, first aid availability, and teacher caregiving practices in shaping children’s healthy habits. This qualitative descriptive research employed direct observation on October 21, 2025. The findings indicate that the school environment is clean, classrooms are well-organized, children’s toilets are maintained, and handwashing routines are consistently supervised by teachers. However, certain aspects require improvement, specifically the availability of handwashing soap and the completeness of first-aid kits. This study highlights that the success of PHBS is strongly influenced by teachers’ caregiving roles, adequate facilities, and continuous habituation.
