Prototipe MARCURY (Manufacture Security System) Sistem Keamanan Nirkabel untuk Mengantisipasi Kebocoran Gas BerbahayaPada Industri Berbasis Mikrokontroler Arduino

Abstract

High mortality rates in industry and the environment surrounding the industry are caused by several factors including gas poisoning caused by dangerous gas leaks. With the manufacture of PROTOTYPE MARCURY is expected to reduce the number of deaths in the industry. The MARCURY prototype is a wireless security system in anticipation of gas leaks in microcontroller based industries. The MARCURY prototype uses the MQ 7 sensor for CO gas detection, and the MQ 135 sensor functioned as an ammonia gas detector. The MARCURY prototype will work if the sensor detects harmful gases in a factory or industrial room. The reading result of the sensor is delivered wirelessly so as to activate the filter. The MARCURY prototype can detect and filter out NH3 gas and CO gas with CO gas filter efficiency of 53% and NH3 gas filter efficiency of 98%. The MARCURY prototype works wirelessly between the transmitter and receiver with a maximum distance of 10 meters. Marcury prototype status (Manufacture Security System) can be monitored through the application on a Bluetooth-based android smartphone with a maximum distance of 14 Meter monitoring.

Angka kematian yang tinggi pada industri dan lingkungan sekitar industri disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah keracunan gas disebabkan oleh kebocoran gas berbahaya. Dengan pembuatan PROTOTIPE MARCURY diharapkan mampu mengurangi angka kematian yang ada di industri.Prototipe MARCURY merupakan sistem keamanan nirkabel dengan mengantisipasi kebocoran gas pada industri berbasis mikrokontroler. Prototipe MARCURY menggunakan sensor MQ 7 untuk pendeteksi gas CO, dan sensor MQ 135 yang difungsikan sebagai pendeteksi gas amonia. Prototipe MARCURY akan bekerja jika sensor medeteksi adanya gas berbahaya di sebuah ruangan pabrik atau industri. Hasil bacaan dari sensor disampaikan secara nirkabel sehingga mengaktifkan filter.Prototipe MARCURY dapat mendeteksi serta menyaring gas NH3 dan gas CO dengan efisiensi penyaringan gas CO sebesar 53% dan efisiensi penyaringan gas NH3 sebesar 98%.Prototipe MARCURY bekerja secara nirkabel antara transmitter dan receiver dengan jarak maksimal 10 meter. Status kondisi Prototipe Marcury (Manufacture Security System) dapat dipantau melalui aplikasi pada smartphone android berbasis Bluetooth dengan jarak maksimal pemantauan 14 Meter.
