Heartbeats Detector (Pendeteksi dan Pengukur Detak Jantung)

Abstract

Body health needs to be considered for everyone, especially heart health. The heart is one of the important organs possessed by humans that function to pump blood throughout the body and recovered after cleaning the lung organ. BPM (Beats Per Minute) is a parameter to show the condition of the heart, and the way to know the condition of the heart is to know the frequency of the heartbeat. Cases of death often occur in the health or medical field. One of them is the delay in knowing the condition of one's body. Because of the problem it needs a technology that can alleviate various problems arising in the medical world today.So made "Heartbeats Detector" which is a prototype that serves to detect a person's heartbeat through wireless transmission. "Heartbeats Detector" is equipped with LCD display to display data amount of pulse per minute. The tool is also equipped with the main component of Arduino Nano microcontroller as control of Pulse sensor to LCD which then can connect to smarthphone Android via Bluetooth connection.The results of the research can be known the frequency of the heartbeat with the ease of using Pulse sensor and Bluetooth which is where the distance of the range of Bluethoot to the smartphone as far as 10 meters.

Kesehatan tubuh perlu diperhatikan bagi semua orang, terutama adalah kesehatan jantung. Jantung merupakan salah satu organ penting yang dimiliki oleh manusia yang berfungsi memompa darah keseluruh tubuh dan menampung kembali setelah dibersihkan organ paru-paru. BPM (Beats Per Minute) merupakan parameter untuk menunjukkan kondisi jantung, dan cara untuk mengetahui kondisi jantung adalah dengan mengetahui frekuensi detak jantungnya. Kasus kematian sering terjadi pada bidang kesehatan atau medis. Salah satunya adalah terlambatnya dalam mengetahui kondisi tubuh seseorang. Oleh karena masalah itu perlu adanya sebuah teknologi yang mampu mengentaskan berbagai problematika yang timbul didunia medis saat ini. Maka dibuatlah “Heartbeats Detectorâ€yang merupakan sebuah prototype yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi detak jantung seseorang melalui transmisi nirkabel. “Heartbeats Detector†dilengkapi tampilan berupa LCD untuk menampilkan data jumlah denyut nadi per menit. Alat juga dilengkapi dengan komponen utama yaitu microcontroller Arduino Nano sebagai kendali dari  Pulse sensor menuju LCD yang kemudian dapat terhubung ke smarthphone Android melalui koneksi Bluetooth. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui frekuensi detak jantung dengan menggunakan Pulse sensor dan Bluetooth dimana jarak jangkauan Bluetooth terhadap smartphone sejauh 10 meter.
