GERAKAN BERBATIK KE BERKAIN: FENOMENA PERGESERAN TREN FASHION PADA GENERASI Z DI JAKARTA TIMUR

Abstract

This research wants to look at and analyze the social changes that occur in Gen Z in East Jakarta by taking a case study of Jakarta State University students caused by changes in clothing styles through the berbatik movement to the berkain movement as a form of merging traditional culture into modern fashion. This change, in a sociological perspective, reflects changes in trends as social and cultural identities in society are not static, but continue to develop following social dynamics.
