Peran Semantis Argumen pada Klausa Verbal Bahasa Haruku

Abstract

Haruku language is one of the regional languages spoken on the island of Haruku. the lack of research publications related to the Haruku language is an indicator of the vulnerability of this language to extinction. Thus, this study aims to describe the basic verbal clauses, then look at the semantic role of the arguments contained in the verbal clauses of Haruku. This research is a type of qualitative research, the research location is located in the village of Kailolo, the data sources are four informants who are native speakers of Haruku language. The data was obtained using four techniques, namely fishing technique, recording technique, note-taking technique, and engaging listening technique. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the distribution method and the matching method. The results of the data analysis show that (1) the basic structure of the BH verbal clause is subject-verbobject (SVO) in the BH transitive clause is subject-verb (SV) pattern. (2) BH verbal clauses consist of three parts, namely intransitive clauses, ekatransitive clauses and dwitransitive clauses. (3) the semantic role of arguments in BH verbal clauses is in the form of actor and undergoer macro roles. The macro role of actors is realized through thematic roles of agents, locatives, themes, instruments and benecatives. Furthermore, the role of the macro undergoer in BH is realized through the thematic roles of patient, benecative, instrument, theme, and locative.

ABSTRAK
Bahasa Haruku merupakan salah satu bahasa daerah yang dituturkan di Pulau Haruku. Kurangnya publikasi penelitian terkait bahasa Haruku menjadi salah indikator rentan terjadinya kepunahan bahasa ini. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan klausa dasar verbal, kemudian melihat peran semantis argumen yang terdapat pada klausa verbal bahasa Haruku. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, Lokasi penelitian bertempat di desa Kailolo, sumber data berupa empat informan penutur asli bahasa Haruku. Data diperoleh menggunakan empat teknik, yaitu teknik pancing, teknik rekam, teknik catat, dan teknik simak libat cakap. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan metode agih dan metode padan. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa (1) struktur dasar klausa verbal BH berpola subjek-verba-objek (SVO) pada klausa transitif BH berpola subjek-verba (SV). (2) klausa verbal BH terdiri menjadi tiga bagian, yaitu klausa intransitif, klausa ekatransitif dan klausa dwitransitif. (3) peran semantis argumen dalam klausa verbal BH berupa peran makro aktor dan undergoer. Peran makro aktor direalisasi melaui peran tematis agen, lokatif, tema, instrumen, dan benekatif. Lebih lanjut, peran makro undergoer dalam BH direalisasi melalui peran tematis pasien, benekatif, instrumen, tema, dan lokatif.
