Although the negative impacts are numerous and complex, this research aims to explore the positive impacts and economic potential for future social welfare. This research involves mapping the positive impacts of former mines and mining pits that are widespread in South Kalimantan, particularly from Kotabaru in the Southeast to Tabalong in the East. Mine pits, which may cover thousands of hectares and reach depths of hundreds to thousands of kilometers above ground level, are the main focus. Through a structured research program, the results can be identified as potential long-term benefits that can be managed properly. One significant positive impact is the potential utilization of former mine pits as an Electric Energy Reserve. Through transformation into a Power Lake, the region can become a sustainable source of renewable energy. In addition, the concept of energy-preneurship can be introduced to encourage innovation in the energy sector and create new economic opportunities. Environmental aspects can also be accommodated through the establishment of Flood Flow Buffers, which not only act as environmental protection but also provide local economic benefits. Revitalized mine pits can be transformed into proverty residences, such as apartments and lake hotels that bring natural beauty as well as a source of income for local communities. In addition, the reconstruction and transformation program can generate land for fish cages and lake biota, create boat and speedboat cruise attractions, and even become a lake sports icon. All of these initiatives can be managed with national development needs in mind and have the potential to become a source of foreign exchange through the tourism and renewable energy sectors.
Abdul Sani Amal Fathullah Muhammad Saleh Mukhlis Rakhmad Rizkiansyah Copyright (c) 2024 Abdul Sani, Amal Fathullah, Muhammad Saleh, Mukhlis, Akhmad Rizkiansyah http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-06-04 2024-06-04 8 1 11 16 10.21009/IJHCM.08.01.2 The Effect of Emotional Intelligence, Work Attitude and Work Motivation on The Promotion of Pegawai Position in The Environment of The Directorate General of The Potential of Defense of The Ministry of Defense, RI https://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/ijhcm/article/view/43801
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence, Work Attitude, and Work Motivation on the Employees Job Promotion of the Directorate General of Defense Potential of the Ministry of Defense The number of samples in this study was 90 people who was employees of the Directorate General of Defence Potentials, Ministry Of Defence RI. The technique of data analysis used was descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The measurement in this study was done by giving the value of each statement item from all variables using a Likert scale. The research aims to identify the relationship and influence of five ServPerf indicators - assurance, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and tangible - on passengers’ intention to repurchase airline services. A quantitative approach was employed, involving a survey of 177 respondents who had used domestic airline services in Indonesia within the past year. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that all five ServPerf indicators significantly affect repurchase intention. However, the results also indicate that Indonesian airlines are not effectively implementing all ServPerf dimensions, leading to customer dissatisfaction and a decrease in repurchase intention. The study highlights the need for Indonesian airlines to prioritize service quality improvements, particularly in the areas of reliability, responsiveness, and tangible aspects. The research suggests that investing in employee training, adopting a customer-centric approach, and continuously monitoring and enhancing service standards are crucial for airlines to remain competitive and foster long-term customer loyalty. The study contributes to the understanding of service quality and repurchase intention in the airline industry and offers valuable insights for airline managers and researchers. Future research directions are proposed, including comparative analyses across different countries, longitudinal studies, the inclusion of additional variables, qualitative research, and industry-specific adaptations of the ServPerf framework.
Suryaneta Aderani Yeusy Manurung Abiyyu Dzaky Alhakiim Al Shifa Juni Afrizal Copyright (c) 2024 Suryaneta, Aderani Yeusy Manurung, Abiyyu Dzaky Alhakiim, Al Shifa Juni Afrizal http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-06-09 2024-06-09 8 1 43 57 10.21009/IJHCM.08.01.6 Can Knowledge Sharing and Work Proffesionalism Create a Conducive Organizational Climate? https://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/ijhcm/article/view/44780
Abstract

The role of human resources in creating a good organizational climate is an issue that has been researched previously. However, if we look at the effectiveness criteria presented by experts in the field of management, we understand that knowledge-sharing behavior and work professionalism can directly or indirectly play a very important role in improving employee performance. This study aims to analyze the contribution of knowledge sharing and work professionalism to creating a good organizational climate through emotional intelligence. This research was conducted at University of Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama), Jakarta. Researchers use questionnaires as a tool to obtain primary data. Sampling used the entire population of 168 respondents. The research results show that: 1) knowledge sharing and work professionalism contribute significantly to emotional intelligence; 2) knowledge sharing and work professionalism contribute significantly to emotional intelligence, both directly and indirectly, to the organizational climate through emotional intelligence. Knowledge sharing and work professionalism behavior in an organization can create several positive things, including good organizational decision-making, a good organizational climate, and increased knowledge distribution on a more complex team work scale. The ability to manage emotional intelligence can create a good organizational climate. However, managing each individual's emotional intelligence depends on how much the individual is able to respond to their own emotional strength.
Jubery Marwan Zahera Mega Utama Copyright (c) 2024 Jubery Marwan, Zahera Mega Utama http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-06-09 2024-06-09 8 1 58 72 10.21009/IJHCM.08.01.7 Bibliometric Analysis: Lecturers' Research Performance https://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/ijhcm/article/view/46283
The research performance of lecturers is very important for several reasons, both in terms of the development of higher education institutions and the broader contributions to society and scientific knowledge. This qualitative case study explores the dynamics of female managerial performance within a global cosmetics company, focusing on two subsidiaries in countries with lower gender equality indices, namely India and Indonesia. Using the modified Gender at Work Framework developed by Rao et al. (2016), the research analysed the multifaceted factors influencing the performance of female managers within this industry. By navigating the intertwined areas of company policies, resources, organisation norms, and self-consciousness, the study aims to unearth nuanced insights into female managers' challenges and opportunities in these settings. Four themes are emerging: (1) Gender Equality at work, (2) Ownership of Performance and Career, (3) Digital Capability and innovation, and (4) Support system. Other findings of this study concern the various parties and the different environments that may foster the performance of female managers. This research contributes to the broader context of gender in the workplace, shedding light on strategies to enhance the performance and advancement of female managers within the cosmetics industry, particularly in regions where gender disparities persist.
Restu Widiati Mia Siscawati Arianna Costantini Budi W Soetjipto Copyright (c) 2024 Restu Widiati, Mia Siscawati, Arianna Costantini, Budi W Soetjipto http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-07-03 2024-07-03 8 1 115 132 10.21009/IJHCM.08.01.12
