The ISHEL 2025 Proceedings are managed and published through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform hosted by the Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). The editorial process—including submission handling, peer review coordination, copyediting, and final publication—is overseen by the ISHEL 2025 Editorial Team, operating under the Graduate School, UNJ.

All technical and editorial decisions are made independently by the editorial board to ensure transparency, fairness, and scholarly quality.
