Pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasional Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi Industri Keramik Di Kabupaten Bogor

The purpose of this study: 1) To find out the description of perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on production division employees of ceramic industry at Bogor District. 2) To find out the influence of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment at production division employees of ceramic industry at Bogor District. 3) To find out the influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment in production division employees of ceramic industry at Bogor District. 4) To find out how much the contribution of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction to organizational commitment in production division employees of ceramic industry at Bogor District. The research was conducted on 108 production division employees of ceramic industry at Bogor District. Data collection technique using survey methods by distributing questionnaires and processed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software version 25. This research used descriptive and causal analysis. The result obtained from regression analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence perceived organizational support on organizational commitment, there is a positive and significant influence job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and model of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction can predict organizational commitment in production division employees of ceramic industry at Bogor District.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi persepsi dukungan organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan bagian produksi industri keramik di Kabupaten Bogor. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan bagian produksi industri keramik di Kabupaten Bogor. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan bagian produksi industri keramik di Kabupaten Bogor. 4) Untuk mengetahui prediksi persepsi dukungan organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan bagian produksi industri keramik di Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 108 karyawan bagian produksi industri keramik di Kabupaten Bogor. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei melalui penyebarann kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan kausal. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis regresi menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara persepsi dukungan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasi, pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, serta model penelitian persepsi dukungan organisasional dan kepuasan kerja dapat memprediksi komitmen organisasi pada karyawan bagian produksi industri keramik di Kabupaten Bogor.
