JEP has been published since 2011 and has been using online system since 2017.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> PROGRAM STUDI PENELITIAN DAN EVALUASI PENDIDIKAN en-US Jurnal Evaluasi Pendidikan 2086-7425 Pengetahuan Siswa Tentang Metamorfosis: Metode Ceramah Vs Metode Diskusi Pada Strategi Pembelajaran Dan Motivasi Belajar https://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/jep/article/view/45632 <p class="whitespace-pre-wrap" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US">This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the lecture method and discussion method in influencing students' knowledge about metamorphosis, as well as their impact on learning strategies and learning motivation. The research sample consisted of class VII students who were divided into two groups: the first group was taught using the lecture method, while the second group was taught using the discussion method. Experimental design research method. The results showed that the group taught using the discussion method obtained significantly higher scores than the lecture group, indicating a better increase in knowledge about metamorphosis. In addition, students in the discussion group showed more effective learning strategies and higher learning motivation than the lecture group. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the actual correlation results have an average of 0.676 and a Standard Deviation of 0.1220. And because the average correlation coefficient of the 3 studies is greater than 0, it can be concluded that from this meta-analysis study there is a positive influence of the learning environment on students' learning attitudes. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of the learning environment on the attitude of the </em><em>Pasukan Gegana Korbrimob Polri in Tactical KBRN training. Classroom environment was measured using an adaptation of the What is Happening in This Class? (WIHIC) and student attitudes were measured using the participant Attitude Scale towards KBRN Tactical training based on indicators developed in the Test of Science Associated Attitudes (TOSRA). The correlation test results show that there is a significant positive relationship between the learning environment and participants' attitudes towards KBRN Tactical training (with a t table value of 4.215 and a significance value of 0.000. This means that the better the participants' perception of the learning environment, the more positive the participants' attitude towards KBRN Tactical training. In addition, the regression model shows that the learning environment makes an effective contribution of 15.39% to participants' attitudes towards KBRN Tactical training (R2 = 0.153). The research results show that the learning environment has a significant influence on participants' attitudes towards KBRN Tactical training, although not a large one. One way to reform the police is that it must start from the education system in the police, namely when high-ranking officer candidates undertake education at the Police Science College (STIK). This condition underlines the importance of implementing an internal quality assurance system at the Police Science College (STIK). The implementation of an internal quality assurance system is used as the basis for controlling the quality management of higher education with national standards.
