Speed is the ability to perform movements in the minimum time and move the body as quickly as possible. One of the speed exercises in badminton is box jump, box shuffle, and squat jump exercises. This study aims to determine the effect of the box jump, box shuffle, and squat jump exercises on speed in UKM Badminton athletes at the State University of Malang. The method in this study used the Pre-Experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest. In this study, 15 athletes were used as subjects, and the training program was carried out for 6 weeks. The results of the analysis show that there was a significant increase in the speed between the pretest and posttest (p&lt;0.001). Concluded that box jump, box shuffle, and squat jump training affect the speed of UKM Badminton athletes at Malang State University.</em></p> 2023-06-01T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Ahmad Muttaqin Darussalam https://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/jipes/article/view/39020 THE INFLUENCE OF D-I-A LEARNING METHODS (DELEVERY, INTERACTION, ASSESSMENT) AND LEARNING MOTIVATION ON SEPAKTAKRAW LEARNING OUTCOMES 2023-09-27T12:30:16+07:00 jufrianis jufrianis ikaharmeisalina657@gmail.com Dedi Ahmadi dediahamdi@gmail.com Muhammad Syahrul Rizal m.sahrulrizal@gmail.com Kasman Ediputra kasmanediputra@gmail.com <p>This research aims to determine the effect of the D-I-A learning method (Delevery, Interaktion and Assessment) on sepaktakraw learning outcomes. The research sample consisted of 64 people who were students of physical education, health and recreation at Pahlawan University using a 2 x 2 treatment by level research design. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued with the Tukey test at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the research show (1) in general, there are differences between the D-I-A Learning Method (Delevery, Interation, Assessment) on sepaktakraw learning outcomes (FO7,55&gt;4,00 Ft), (2) there is an interaction between the D-I-A learning method (Delevery, Interaktion and Assessment) on sepaktakraw learning outcomes (FO14,53&gt;4,00 Ft), (3) in students with high motivation towards learning sepaktakraw (4) there is a significant influence on the results of learning sepaktakraw with the D-I-A (Delevery, Interation, Assessment) method of (QO2,16&lt; 5,13 Qt). The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant influence of the D-I-A learning method (Delevery, Interation, Assessment) and Motivation on the sepaktakraw learning outcomes of Physical Education Health and Recreation students at Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai University.</p> 2023-06-01T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 jufrianis jufrianis, Dedi Ahmadi, Muhammad Syahrul Rizal, Kasman Ediputra https://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/jipes/article/view/21785 Trend and Development of Soccer Research: An Observation 2023-09-27T12:44:35+07:00 Muhammad Shahidul Islam jewel.soccer@yahoo.com <p>The game of soccer has been adopted by nearly every nation and it is one of the most decentralized sports in the world. Due to the popularity of soccer, several research studies on football’s performance have been conducted to satisfy the people’s interest. This systematic qualitative research used both online and offline approaches to compile the literature. Therefore, the current researcher would like to conduct an investigation that necessitates a study of soccer literature’s trends and development. The primary objective of this academic qualitative study was to examine soccer-specific skills, system and formation-based soccer studies, somatotype research in soccer, fitness research in soccer, wearable Global Positioning System (GPS) technology in soccer game, and drone technology in soccer game. The relationship between manual digit ratio (2D:4D) and soccer is also discussed, as well as how the prenatal testosterone hormone can affect soccer performance. Researchers discovered that today’s soccer game is more dynamic than previous types of soccer. The efficiency of skills is typically dependent on early decision making. The previous researchers have discussed new ways and methods for improving soccer performance. Since the issue is so extensive, the present researcher believes that more scientific research on soccer’s trend and development is required.</p> 2023-09-27T12:42:46+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Muhammad Shahidul Islam https://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/jipes/article/view/18643 Implemetation of Audio Visual Media in Improving Learning Outcomes of Throwing Discs 2023-09-27T12:52:39+07:00 Sabar Subekti surbaktisabar@gmail.com Irawan Syahputra IrawanSyahputra@gmail.com <p>This research aims to determine the use of media audio-visual in improving the learning outcomes of lateral disc style throwing in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Medan in the 2014/2015 academic year. To obtain the data in this study, a learning outcome test was conducted at the end of each cycle in the form of an assessment of the sideways force disc throwing technique. With the implementation of this research learning outcomes test is carried out for two weeks or two meetings. The results of the study concluded: (1) from the first cycle learning outcomes test, it was obtained 18 students with the value after being confirmed (66.60%) had reached the level of learning completeness, while 9 students (33.40%) had not reached the level of learning completeness. With the average value of learning outcomes after being confirmed is 68.05. However, it does not meet the expected classical completeness criteria, namely 85%. (2) from the second cycle learning outcomes test data obtained were 24 students with a value after being confirmed as (88.88%) who had achieved mastery in learning and 3 students (11.12%) were still incomplete. With the average value of learning outcomes after being confirmed is 75.23. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that through the use of audio-visual media, it can improve the learning outcomes of side-to-side disc style throwing in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Medan in the 2014/2015 academic year</p> 2023-09-27T12:50:06+07:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Sabar Subekti, Irawan Syahputra
