Online games are games that are very popular with various age groups, one of the most prominent among teenagers. Games that are played using the internet are certainly assumed more exciting and challenging, but not a few online game players have fallen into online game addiction. Someone who is considered addicted to online games is when the time spent playing has exceeded the time limit, has interfered with his daily productivity, and the desire to continue playing his game. There are several cases in Indonesia related to a teenager who is addicted to online games which ends in death. Many factors can make a person addicted to online games, one of them is an external factor that comes from the family. Several studies have shown that if someone has a bad relationship in the family it can make someone have negative behavior such as addiction. Therefore, the importance of assistance from the family in supervising and guiding their children to be able to control themselves so they do not become addicted to online games.
