Working from home policy in Covid 19 pandemic era has brought its own challenges particularly in the management of time and energy which then affects work and family balance. This study aims to analyze the differences between the effect of work from home/WFH and work from office/WFO on work-family balance. This study was conducted using cross-sectional study research design.  Work-family balance was measured using work-family balance scale. The characteristics of the research subject were married with children and worked in an office either work from home or work from office setting. Data were collected online through Google form from 19th May to 31st May 2020. The data then analyzed using t-test. There were 189 respondents from 13 Provinces from all over Indonesia. The result of the research shows that both work from home and work from office have given no different effect on work-family balance
