PENGARUH KONFLIK KERJA KELUARGA DAN STRATEGI KOPING TERHADAP KEBERFUNGSIAN KELUARGA DUAL EARNER DENGAN ANAK REMAJA KORBAN CYBERBULLYING

Stress pengasuhan yang tinggi akibat dari konflik kerja menyebabkan terjadinya penghindaran kelekatan yang tinggi antara hubungan ibu dengan anak . Kualitas kelekatan antara ibu bekerja dengan anak dapat menjadi pemicu kemungkinan anak sebagai pelaku atau korban cyberbullying. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis pengaruh dari karakteristik keluarga, konflik kerja keluarga, strategi koping terhadap keberfungsian keluarga dual earner dengan anak remaja korban cyberbullying. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian desain explanatory study dan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan ibu bekerja dan memiliki anak remaja yang merupakan korban cyberbullying sebagai responden. Konflik kerja menganggu keluarga lebih tinggi dibandingkan konflik keluarga menganggu kerja pada wilayah kabupaten dan kota. Wilayah kota memiliki konflik kerja yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan wilayah kabupaten namun tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Startegi koping pada wilayah kabupaten lebih tinggi dibandingkan wilayah kota namun tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Keberfungsian keluarga diwilayah kabupaten lebih tinggi dibandingkan wilayah kota serta terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada keberfungsian keluarga terkait dengan dimensi pembagian tugas atau peran dalam keluarga (role). Pada wilayah kota konflik kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap keberfungsian keluarga dan strategi koping memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan. Pada wilayah kabupaten lama pendidikan suami memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap keberfungsian keluarga dan kota konflik kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap keberfungsian keluarga.
Abstract
High parenting stress resulting from work conflict leads to high attachment avoidance between the mother and child relationship. The quality of attachment between working mothers and children can trigger the possibility of children as perpetrators or victims of cyberbullying. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of family characteristics, family work conflict, coping strategies on the functioning of dual earner families with adolescent victims of cyberbullying. The study used an exploratory study design and used purposive sampling with working mothers and had teenage children who were victims of cyberbullying as respondents. Work conflict disrupts family higher than family conflict disrupts work in district and city areas. City areas have higher work conflict than district areas but there is no significant difference. Coping strategies in the district area are higher than the city area but there is no significant difference. Family functioning in district areas is higher than in city areas and there is a significant difference in family functioning related to the dimension of division of tasks or roles in the family (role). In urban areas, work conflict has a significant negative effect on family functioning and coping strategies have a significant positive effect. In the regency area, the length of husband's education has a significant.
