Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali secara mendalam fenomena work‐family conflict yang dialami oleh guru honorer di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah melalui pendekatan studi fenomenologi. Penelitian ini mengungkap pengalaman subjektif para guru honorer terkait konflik antara tuntutan profesional dan peran di ranah keluarga, dengan fokus pada tiga faktor utama yang muncul, yaitu faktor finansial, kendala waktu, dan keharmonisan keluarga. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan empat narasumber yang memiliki pengalaman mengajar selama minimal sepuluh tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya pendapatan, tekanan beban kerja yang tinggi, serta keterbatasan waktu yang tersedia untuk keluarga menjadi penyebab utama terjadinya work‐family conflict. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran tentang kebutuhan mendesak untuk pengelolaan waktu dan sumber daya yang lebih optimal serta program dukungan bagi guru honorer guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan kerja dan keluarga.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to explore in depth the problem of work-family conflict that occurs in honorary teachers, work-family conflict is a conflict that occurs in work and family, both conflicts are involved in each other, choosing honorary teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level as the object research: With research to determine the factors that influence the occurrence of work-family conflict that occurs among honorary teachers at madrasah ibtidaiyah. This research uses a qualitative phenomenological study method and data collection techniques by conducting interviews so that it can describe the phenomena experienced by the sources in detail. In general, the research results show that there are 3 factors that influence the occurrence of work-family conflict for honorary teachers in Ibtidaiyah madrasahs, namely the financial factor because the income received by honorary teachers, especially at the Ibtidaiyah madrasah level, is low, the time factor at work because being an honorary teacher has a lot more activity at the madrasah than at home and family harmony, there is a tendency for honorary teachers to spend little time with their families, resulting in estrangement with their families. In general, these 3 factors influence the occurrence of work-family conflict for honorary teachers at madrasah ibtidaiyah.
