Welfare, Work PerformanceAbstract
This study aims to find out if there’s a positive relationship between welfare and the work performance. The hypothesis research test by Product Moment correlation to get the correlation coefficient and to determine the conclusions used Student-t formula. The results obtained that correlation coefficient is 0.08 with the t-test 6.67. While t-table with a significance level of 5% and dk = 34 is 1.70, this means that t-count is higher than t-table so the alternative hypothesis Hi accepted and Ho hypothesis was rejected. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive correlation between welfare and work performance.
