Penerapan Metode TOPSIS Pada Penghitungan Rekomendasi Provider Internet Dalam Pembelajaran Daring Di SMA Negeri 11 Bekasi

Abstract

The pandemic that occurred in Indonesia resulted in changes in all aspects, especially aspects of education. This change resulted in all learning activities having to be held online (online) as happened in SMA Negeri 11 Bekasi. This learning activity requires the use of the internet to be mandatory in teaching and learning activities. From the use of the internet, it certainly raises various problems in learning. The use of an ISP (Internet Service Provider) is one of the factors that causes problems during online learning activities that use the internet. The number of ISP’s available is one reason why a decision support system is needed to choose which one is the best from the various ISP’s available.

Decision support systems (DSS) are used to solve multi-level problems related to choosing an ISP. SPK is an information system capable of calculating various values ​​and aspects in choosing an internet service or ISP. With the many SPK methods available, making TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution) is the method used to solve the problem of choosing an ISP. As well as using PHP and MySQL as the implementation of the decision support system.
