Author Guidelines

General Author Guidelines

  • Manuscripts must be written in English, have not been published, and are not currently under review by any journal or other media. The manuscript content must be free from plagiarism.
  • Manuscripts can be in the form of research articles, case studies, or literature reviews.
  • Authors must complete registration as an author before submitting the manuscript. Registration and submission guidelines are available on the journal website.
  • All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process before being accepted for publication.
  • Manuscripts must be written according to these author guidelines and follow the official JKOMA template. The template can be downloaded HERE.

Manuscript Writing Guidelines

Manuscript Structure

  1. Title

    • The title consists of 8–15 words, written in Arial 18pt Bold, and must reflect the research content.
    • The title should be concise, informative, and avoid uncommon abbreviations.
  2. Author Names and Affiliations

    • Author names should be written without academic titles or positions.
    • Include the name of the institution, address, and email of each author.
    • The corresponding author should be marked with an asterisk (*) and provide a clear email address.
  3. Abstract and Keywords

    • The abstract must be written in English, in a single paragraph, without citations or references.
    • The abstract should include the background, purpose, methods, results, and conclusions of the research.
    • The abstract length should not exceed 250 words with single spacing (1.0).
    • Keywords should be listed after the abstract, consisting of 3–5 words/phrases that represent the core of the article.
  4. Manuscript Content

    • Articles should be written in 6–12 A4 pages, using Arial 10pt font with single spacing.
    • The main structure of the manuscript includes:
      • INTRODUCTION
      • RESEARCH METHODS
      • RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
      • CONCLUSION
      • ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS (optional)
      • REFERENCES
    • Use Heading 1 (12pt Bold) for main sections and Heading 2 (10pt Bold) for subsections.
  5. Tables, Figures, and Equations

    • Table/figure captions should be written bold, 8pt, centered, and placed above the table/figure.
    • Figures must be clear, high-resolution, and easy to read.
    • Equations should be centered, with equation numbers placed flush right.
    • If there are multiple figures, layout can use tables for a neater appearance.
  6. References

    • References should follow the IEEE citation style.
    • Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.
    • The reference list should be arranged in alphabetical order based on the first author’s last name.
    • At least 80% of references should be journal articles, proceedings, or research results from the past five years.
