PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI GURU SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI DI KECAMATAN CAKUNG JAKARTA TIMUR

Abstract

Abstract: The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of communication and trust toward teacher’s organizational commitment. Data collection done toward 83 from 215 teachers of the elementary school in the district Cakung east Jakarta. The research methodologhy used survey. Respondents were chosen by simple ramdom sampling technique. The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analysis it is conculaded that (1) there the postive direct effect of communication toward organizational commitment, (2) there is positive direct effect of trust toward organizational commitment and (3) there is positive direct effect of communication toward trust

Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai pengaruh komunikasi dan kepercayaan terhadap komitmen organisasi guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan terhadap 83 dari 215 guru sekolah dasar di kecamatan Cakung timur Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan survei. Responden dipilih dengan teknik simple ramdom sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa (1) ada efek langsung komunikasi langsung terhadap komitmen organisasional, (2) ada pengaruh langsung positif kepercayaan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan (3) ada pengaruh langsung positif komunikasi terhadap kepercayaan
