There is a task carried out by the Principal so that all components run according to a predetermined plan and achieve mutually agreed goals. This research aims to describe the influence of the Principal’s managerial competence on the performance of educators at the primary school level. The research method used is an ex post facto research method with a correlation design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The sample for this research was 15 school Principals and 30 Teacher at the primary school level in the Mojotengah subdistrict, Wonosobo Regency, Central Java. The results of this research reveal that the Adjusted R Square (Coefficient of Determination) value was 0.410. This means that there is a 41% influence of the Principal’s managerial competence on the performance of Teachers. This type of research is R&amp;D and uses the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation). This research trial was carried out according to the initial observation location, namely at SDN 106, Barru Regency. The subjects of this research were 17 class V students (phase C). The instruments of this research are tests, questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The cultural expert validation results showed 92% in the very feasible category, the linguist validation results showed 94% in the very feasible category, and the material content validation results showed 90% in the very feasible category. Initial trial results showed that the ability to read and write the Lontara script reached 87% of the category. very good, and in the results of the final trial (large group trial) the students' ability to read and write the Lontara script reached 89.3% in the very good category. So that culture is no longer left behind and teaching and learning activities are not monotonous, one way is to introduce local wisdom by using edugame learning media in the form of CAI-based quizzes. This research and development aims to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the remo gagrak anyar based vibrating sidaqu edugame to improve student learning outcomes in class V arts and culture subjects at SDN Penjaringansari 2. This research is a type of R &amp; D with the ADDIE research model. Data collection techniques use validation sheets, observations, questionnaires, tests. The research results showed that the validity of the material was 90% and the media graphics were 86% in the very valid category. The practicality of Edugame Getar Sidaqu media is based on the implementation of the teaching process at 97% in the very good or practical category. This research is quantitative research using a pre-experimental design research method with one group pretest-posttest. The population in this study were all class IV students at MIM Al Muttaqien. The data collection technique in this research uses multiple choice questions as an instrument. To test the hypothesis, a significance value (2 tailed) of 0.000 is obtained, which means it is less than the significance level (α) of 0.05, so Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. From these results it can be seen that the t count has a negative value, namely – 8.906, which means the average pretest score is lower than the average posttest score. The emergence of Covid-19 caused many learning activities to be postponed or even eliminated. With the decline in the quality of education due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the government is making new innovations so that education in Indonesia improves again and is in line with the goals of education in Indonesia. The Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture innovated by creating a driving school program specifically created during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. The aim of creating this driving school program was to improve the quality of education which had declined due to the emergence of the Covid - 19 pandemic in Indonesia. Researchers want to know more about the stages that schools go through to have driving school status, then the obstacles or challenges in implementing driving school activities or programs and implementing driving school learning activities. In the research carried out, researchers took data from schools using a qualitative descriptive method approach with interview, observation and documentation techniques. In the learning process at school, there are many ways that can be done to foster the character of responsibility, one of which is by using the recitation method in learning activities. The recitation method is considered to be able to foster the character of responsibility through the process of carrying out assignments. This research aims to describe the process of planning learning activities using the recitation method, to explain the process of implementing the recitation method and to analyze the implications of the recitation method process in cultivating students' responsible character in learning activities. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observation and documentation. This research was conducted at SDIU Cahaya Al-Fatih, Pandeglang Regency as a place for collecting data, findings and results. This research aims to: 1) Describe the analysis of the TPACK-based learning process. 2) Explain the challenges and efforts of TPACK-based learning. 3) Describe the results of TPACK learning at SDN 2 Kandangsapi. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Where the data collection is in the form of a collection of words and images. This research uses a qualitative approach with the case study method as the research framework. Data was collected from several Driving Schools that have successfully integrated technology in the learning process.This research explores various aspects of technology implementation in the Driving School Program, including the type of technology used, the training provided to teachers, and its impact on student independence. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, students and school staff, as well as participatory observation in classes that have implemented technology effectively.The results of this research reveal that the application of technology in the Driving School Program can make a significant contribution in developing student independence. Factors such as selecting the right technological tools, good teacher training, and support from the school and parents play an important role in the successful implementation of the technology. Apart from that, students' independence is also influenced by their ability to manage information, collaborate online, and develop digital literacy.The case studies in this research provide in-depth insight into how the application of technology can support the development of student independence in the digital era. So far, learning mathematics at the primary school level has mostly been carried out using the lecture method, teachers are reluctant to use learning media, arguing that the use of learning media requires large costs and is not practical. The problem that occurs at SDN Bogorejo, Bancar Subdistrict, Tuban Regency is the low mathematics learning outcomes of students on the material of Greatest Common Factor (FPB) and Least Common Multiple (KPK). This is evident from the implementation of daily tests, the results obtained have not reached the KKM (Minimum Graduation Criteria) determined by the school which is 75. This Classroom Action Research uses the "Dakon Matematika" media. The "Dakon Matematika" media is an effort to overcome the problem of low scores of students in learning mathematics, especially the material of FPB and KPK. The results showed that students' mastery of the learning material showed an increase. This can be shown by the results of the learning evaluation increasing from Cycle I 70.37% and Cycle II 92.59% after using the Dakon Matematika media. The increase in learning outcomes in the form of average scores has increased from Cycle I 71.48% and Cycle II 89.63%. The research subjects used total sampling with 16 students. This form of research was a class action with a design in the form of planning, action, observation and reflection. This research consisted of two cycles. Data collection was carried out using tests, interviews and observations. The analytical method used was descriptive quantitative. The research results showed that through learning card games and song movements, students could improve their English vocabulary skills in understanding and pronunciation. In the results of cycle I, post test I was carried out, showing a comprehension score of 2.40 and a pronunciation score of 2.23. This means there was an increase compared to the pre-test with 0.94 marks for understanding and 0.67 for pronunciation. In cycle II, post-test II was carried out with results of 3.61 in understanding and 3.77 in pronunciation. The increase occurred by 1.21 in understanding and 1.54 in pronunciation. These results showed that the combination of learning card games followed by song movement games could improve English vocabulary skills in the understanding and pronunciation of students at the Autism Mitra Ananda Special Need School. Therefore, this research aims to examine the implementation of the independent curriculum towards the development of students' creativity. This research uses a type of library research through a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study uses documentation techniques in the form of notes, transcripts, books, newspapers, magazines, inscriptions, minutes, research results, and so on. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive methods.
