This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The subjects of this review comprised of three validators (material specialists, etymologists, and media specialists), and 71 understudies of class X Office Management and Business Services (MPLB). Observation and a questionnaire were used for data collection. Validation and practicality tests were the methods of data analysis used. Material experts passed the validation test with a score of 98%, which was considered very feasible; language experts passed with a score of 88%, which was considered very feasible; and media experts passed with a score of 80%, which was considered very feasible. During the practicality test that 71 students in class X took, MPLB went through three stages of trials: one-on-one evaluation, small group trials, and large group trials. The aftereffects of this innovative work demonstrate that the Flipbook-Put together E-module with respect to Business and Operations Administration Components is pronounced truly achievable and reasonable for use in learning.
2024-04-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi https://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/jpepa/article/view/45900 PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION STRATEGIES OF SHARIA INSURANCE COMPANIES IN INDONESIA BASED ON ASSET GROWTH (2018-2022) 2024-07-11T14:41:12+07:00 Nurul Faradifa nurulfaradifa@gmail.com Erika Takidah erikatakidah@unj.ac.id I Gusti Ketut Agung Ulupui igka-ulupui@unj.ac.id
A good performance description of Sharia insurance companies is reflected in their asset growth rate; when the generated percentage increases, it represents the company's optimal performance in managing participants' funds, thereby enhancing public trust and encouraging more people to register as Sharia insurance participants. This study aims to examine the relationship between Insurance Claims, Profitability, and Operational Expenses on Asset Growth by involving 27 Sharia insurance companies registered with the Financial Services Authority from 2018 to 2022 as research samples. The sample was drawn using the Purposive Sampling technique and quantitative methods with secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of each Sharia insurance company's website. The partial results show that claims and operational expenses have a significant negative impact on asset growth; the higher the claims and operational expenses, the lower the asset growth. Profitability, however, does not affect asset growth because the profitability generated is not optimal, thus not increasing the company's assets. Simultaneously, claims, profitability, and operational expenses have a significant positive effect on asset growth, with a determination coefficient of 40.09%, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Therefore, this study adds value by validating the measurement of asset growth in Sharia insurance.
2024-04-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi https://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/jpepa/article/view/45909 CAPITAL STRUCTURE OF PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE COMPANIES IN INDONESIA SHARIA STOCK INDEX: INFLUENCE OF PROFITABILITY, LIQUIDITY, AND ASSET STRUCTURE 2024-07-11T14:41:12+07:00 Nurrahma Arif Dharmawan nurrahmaad117@gmail.com Erika Takidah erikatakidah@unj.ac.id
The era of globalization has created free and borderless business competition. Slow growth in the property and real estate sector underscores the importance of companies managing their capital structure well to ensure business continuity. The objectives of this research are to assess the influence of Profitability, Liquidity, and Asset Structure on the Capital Structure of companies within the property and real estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2022. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research draws on secondary data from annual reports of 48 sampled companies. The analytical methods employed include multiple linear regression, prerequisite tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that the profitability variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the capital structure. Meanwhile, the liquidity and asset structure variables negatively and significantly affect the capital structure.
2024-04-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi https://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/jpepa/article/view/46088 EXPLORING THE IMPACT OF COMPANY SIZE AS A MODERATING VARIABLE ON STOCK PRICE DETERMINANTS 2024-07-11T16:00:06+07:00 Neiska Anlinia neiskaanlinia90@gmail.com Mardi mardi@unj.ac.id Dwi Handarini dwihandarini@unj.ac.id
The research aims to analyze company size in relation to factors influencing stock prices. A fundamental analysis technique is utilized in the evaluation of share prices. Using a purposive sampling approach, the research determines the sample by analyzing the 2022 financial reports of Property and Real Estate. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with Eviews software used to examine the impact of moderating. The results indicate that profitability and liquidity have a significant positive effect on stock prices, while capital structure has a significant negative effect. However, company size is unable to moderate the effects of profitability, liquidity, and capital structure on stock prices. After the Covid-19 pandemic, investors do not simultaneously consider financial performance and company size simultaneously in deciding to invest. This is due to the previous year's decline in Property and Real Estate sales, resulting in decreased company profits. This profit decrease may reduce company revenue, and pandemic conditions have led to increased company expenditures. When making an investment, this study might offer helpful information to take into account.
2024-04-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi https://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/jpepa/article/view/45897 CREATION OF GOOGLE SITES-BASED E-MODULES FOR DIGITAL DOCUMENT ELEMENTS AT HIGH VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS 2024-07-12T01:16:24+07:00 Ellizah Febriani ellizahfebriani522@gmail.com Sri Zulaihati srizulaihati@unj.ac.id Maulana Amirul Adha maulanaamirul@unj.ac.id
This research aims to evaluate the feasibility and practicality of developing an e-module based on Google Sites for digital document elements.
