The journal published three times per year in April, August, and December. This journal started publishes since 2020. The scope and focus are related to research in the fields of economics, accounting, administration and also the study of economic education such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioural economics, office administration, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economics. The journal also publishes articles related to banking studies, small and medium enterprises, the stock market, teaching models for economic studies. It also publishes studies on development policies. According to its scope, Jurnal Pendidikan Ekonomi, Perkantoran, dan Akuntansi (JPEPA) welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, office administration, accounting, and economics education. The journal focuses on economic research and education with a quantitative, qualitative, and RnD approach. There are many more problems related to economic studies and educational issues. The behavior expected by the company is not only working according to company standards (in role) but also behaving beyond company standards (extra role). This research aims to examine job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), as well as to determine the influence between job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data obtained was primary data through survey data collection methods using proportional random sampling techniques. The population used in this research was 162 employees with a total of 115 samples calculated based on the Slovin formula. The data was processed using SPSS version 26 software by carrying out correlation tests and multiple regression analysis. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive method. The respondents used by researchers in this study were grade X students of SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta with an affordable population of 214 students. The sample selection in this study was determined using the Issac &amp; Michael table with an error rate of 5% which found a sample of 135 students. The results of the description analysis of this study found that the variable of entrepreneurial practice had the largest mean value with a score of 4.275 and the lowest value with a score of 4.014. Followed by the variable of entrepreneurial readiness has the highest mean value with a score of 4.370 and the lowest value with a score of 3.986. The research synthesizes insights from diverse sources, including articles, existing literature, and relevant empirical studies. The results of the literature review suggest that entrepreneurship education plays a significant role in promoting students' intentions to become entrepreneurs. Exposure to entrepreneurial concepts within the school curriculum enhances students' knowledge and instills an entrepreneurial mindset. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 176 students in classes X, XI and XII, Department of Office Management and Business Services (MPLB). The technique for determining the sample in this study used a stratified random sampling technique using the Issac and Michael table with an error rate of 5% so that the sample in this study was 122 students. The results of the descriptive analysis from this research found that the self-efficacy variable had the largest mean value with a score of 3.762 and the lowest value with a score of 3.516. Followed by the self-regulation variable which has the largest mean value with a score of 3.811 and the lowest score is 3.525. Various factors that influence business development are analyzed and identified as the main factors in developing MSME businesses, namely economic learning experience and creativity. The research strategy utilized is subjective with writing considers, proposition analyzing speculations and past analysts and deciding the most variables as indicators of business development. Shows that creativity is a mediator of economic learning experiences on business development. The increase in unemployment rates is caused by limited demand for work, which is then associated with other external factors including the decline in the balance of payments, increasing foreign debt and other policies which result in a decline in economic growth, decline in wages, investment and decline in employment. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Economic Growth, Provincial Minimum Wage, Investment, and Covid-19 Dummy on Employment in DKI Jakarta Province in 2018-2022. This study used multiple linear regression method with Generalized Least Square (GLS) model. This study uses secondary data while Covid-19 is included in the dummy variable category. The results of this study show that economic growth has a positive and significant influence on employment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of workload and work environment on employees' work-related stress. The research employed a quantitative method and collected primary data through questionnaires distributed using proportional random sampling techniques. The population consisted of 160 employees, and the sample size was determined to be 110 employees based on the Isaac and Michael table formula with a 5% margin of error. The data was processed using SPSS version 29.0 by conducting multiple regression analysis. The findings of this research indicate that both workload and work environment have a positive and significant impact on work-related stress, whether examined separately or together. This research was conducted on students of class XII OTKP at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) method with the model development Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE). The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique was carried out by expert validation test and practicality test. The results of this research show that Genially-Based Interactive Infographics in Public Relations and Protocol OTK Class XII SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta are declared very feasible and very practical and can be used in learning activities. In the context of globalization and international trade, Indonesia's coal export volume is influenced by a range of external factors, including exchange rates and coal prices in the international market. This study aims to determine the effect of exchange rates and international coal prices on Indonesia's coal export volume. This study employs time series data from 1992 to 2022 and the Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis method, utilizing the EViews 12 software, to examine the long-term and short-term relationships between the exchange rate and international coal prices and the volume of Indonesian coal exports. The results of the analysis indicate that in the short term, exchange rates and international coal prices do not exert a significant influence on the volume of Indonesian coal exports. This research aims to study and understand the role of financial technology, digital marketing, and business creativity on the development of MSMEs in the creative economy sector through a theoretical study approach. Various findings from previous research are used as references and theory development in this research. The qualitative approach method with literature studies was used in the research to obtain a more detailed amount of data and information regarding the factors that influence the development of MSMEs. The main subjects of this research are MSME players located in the DKI Jakarta area. The results of this study indicate that financial technology, digital marketing, and business creativity can help MSME players to develop their businesses so that they can survive and compete in the global market. This study aims to identify the factors that influence Indonesia's Crude Palm Oil (CPO) exports in the global market, focusing on certain variables. The research method used is a quantitative approach using secondary data from sources such as Bank Indonesia, World Bank, UN Comtrade, Statistics Indonesia, and GAPKI. Time series data from 1992 to 2022 was used in this analysis. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression models with the E-views 12 analysis tool. The results showed that the exchange rate and international CPO price had a positive and significant influence on Indonesia's CPO export volume. This research was conducted using the Research and Development method with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation model at SMKN 14 Jakarta, in class XII OTKP with 30 students. The data analysis techniques used are expert validation tests and practicality tests. The expert validation test was carried out by material experts with a percentage of 93.3% categorized as very worthy to use, media experts with a percentage of 86.6% categorized as very worthy to use and learning design experts with a percentage of 98.3% categorized as very worthy to use. In the practicality test carried out by 30 students with a percentage of 96.82% categorized as very practical. The results of this research and development show that the Canva-Based Interactive E-Book on Petty Cash Finance Material for Class XII at SMKN 14 Jakarta is stated worth, and can be used in learning activities. The research method used in this study is a survey method with the distribution of questionnaires through google forms. The population in this study is consumers who have done online shopping at the Shopee marketplace who live in Jakarta and for the research sample taken as many as 166 respondents, this number was obtained from calculations based on the recommendations of Hair et al. The results of the descriptive analysis of this study showed that the service quality variable had the largest mean value with a score of 3.970 and the lowest value with a score of 3.367. Furthermore, the digital marketing variable has the largest mean value with a score of 3,777 and the lowest value with a score of 3,488. Furthermore, the consumer satisfaction variable has the largest mean value with a score of 3.711 and the lowest value with a score of 3.506.
