HUBUNGAN KOORDINASI DAN DAYA LEDAK DENGAN HASIL LARI CEPAT 60 METER

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) Co-ordinate Foot Coordination Relationships with Quick Run Results 60 meters, (2) Explosive Muscle Power Connection with Quick Run Output 60 meters, (3) Co-ordinate Foot Surgery Relationship and Explosive Muscle Limb Ability Run 60 meters on the 6th grader of Tangerang State Elementary School 14 Tangerang City. Research method of survey with correlation technique. The sample of this research as many as 30 of the population of 60 students taken by simple random sampling by way of the lot. The relationship between hand eye coordination with 60 meters quick run results obtained correlation value (rx1y) = 0.71. The relationship between explosive muscle limb power with 60m sprint results obtained correlation value (rx2y) = 0.94. The relationship between hand eye coordination and explosive muscle power of the legs together with the result of a 60 meter sprint obtained multiple correlation values (Ry12) = 0.94. Based on the results of the data analysis, this study can be summarized as follows: (1) There is a positive relationship between hand eye coordination with 60 meters of quick run in grade 6 students Elementary School (2) There is a positive relationship between explosive muscle limb power with the results Run fast 60 meters in grade 6 students Elementary School (3) There is a positive relationship between hand eye coordination and explosive muscle limb power with the results of a 60 meter sprint on grade 6 students of SD Negeri 14 Tangerang.
