Abstrak

Alternative energy is a way to overcome the current energy crisis. Waste from wood craftsmen and household waste such as chicken egg shells can be recycled as bricket which are expected to replace the source of fuel oil. The purpose of making briquettes is to reduce household waste and wood craftsman waste, to protect the environment and to help underprivileged people switch to using briquettes for cooking and others. The data obtained shows that as many as 168 out of 200 people agree that by making this briquette it can reduce chicken egg shell waste and sawdust. In addition, 150 out of 200 people agree that the use of this briquette can save expenses. This briquette business can resuce wood craftsman waste and household waste and reduce spending on gas or kerosene. The result of this community service as a product of the Entrepreneurship Course at Physics and Physics Education Program Study, Universitas Negeri Jakarta.
