Laboratory learning activities or laboratory experiments are the most affected part of the learning policy at home during this pandemic. Physics as a science that is integrated with other fundamental and applied sciences is a key role in supporting the development of science and technology that give a beneficial to society. The development of science and technology especially in ICT technology makes physics experiment activities, both simple and advanced, designed through preliminary activities in the form of modeling and simulation. During the current pandemic, the use of ICT technology has more or less helped laboratory practicum activities through secondary data processing with implementation guidelines in the form of learning videos. The weaknesses, especially the quality of the practicum guide videos in helping students' understanding, are in the spotlight. For this reason, in this activity the quality of the existing practicum videos will be improved, starting from the introduction of tools and materials, retrieval of experimental data to data processing and analysis. In addition, it is also given practical data processing simulation learning so that it is expected to improve the participant' analytical skills on the results of the experiment. One of the important physics learning materials in many applications is pendulum and spring. The pendulum and spring practicum learning is carried out through the design of a physical pendulum and spring experimental device using a accelerometer sensor, the use of the Phyphox experimental tool and its modeling and processing of experimental data both primary and secondary or experimental using application software such as Phyphox. In this article, the preparation, activities and the results are reported.
