Abstract

The use of digital technology that exists today provides very broad opportunities for teachers and students. However, there are still many teachers who have not been able to use and utilize existing technology properly. The objectives of this service are 1) teachers are able to design 21st Century Physics Learning Designs (4C skills + digital technology mastery) for classroom learning, 2) teachers are able to apply 21st century physics learning in the classroom, 3) teachers are able to evaluate results 21st century physics learning in the classroom. The benefits of this service are 1) Physics MGMP teachers throughout Jakarta are skilled in making 21st century physics learning designs related to aspects of critical thinking skills, creative thinking, collaborating, and communicating well, 2) Physics MGMP teachers around the world Jakarta is able to use today's digital technology in 21st century physics learning. The research method used a qualitative method based on post-positivism philosophy by conducting training. This training activity This activity includes a preparation stage consisting of proposals and preparation of 21st century physics learning designs as well as socialization and training stages. The making of the 21st century physics learning design involved 2 lecturers and 3 students from the Physics Education Study Program of UNJ, as well as Physics MGMP teachers throughout Jakarta. The 21st Century Physics Learning Training for MGMP Physics teachers throughout East Jakarta at MAN 2 Jakarta was conducted on Wednesday, August 24, 2022. This training was held for 2 hours and discussed the importance of building 21st century skills and exploring what learning would look like in the 21st century. 21st century and conduct innovative teaching with mastery of digital technology so that physics teachers are obtained who are skilled and able to design 21st century physics learning.
