PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI POSYANDU “SIPE NIMBANG BALITA” DI POSYANDU ANGGREK KELURAHAN LARANGAN INDAH

Abstract

Integrated Healthcare Center (Posyandu) is the front line to serve the health of pregnant women and toddlers and prevent health problems in improving the welfare of the community and human resources. Posyandu itself still has many problems; like administrative activities and data processing is still manual. Manual data processing has shortcomings in terms of time, data accuracy, analysis and reporting processes, as well as paper-based records, which tend not to support the concept of going green. Therefore, technological developments in the era of industry 4.0 open opportunities to modernize the revitalization of Posyandu. This program was carried out in Larangan Indah Village and consisted of three stages; preparation, execution, and evaluation. The execution of this activity involved 30 Posyandu cadres. The results are that 57% of Posyandu cadres strongly agree that Posyandu has a pending role in the realization of maternal and child health. 61% of Posyandu cadres agree that training is important to improve their work. 65% of Posyandu cadres can use computers and 78% of cadres can use the internet. 35% cadres really understand the training material and 45% cadres say they understand. 35% cadres feel this activity is very useful and 65% say it is useful. The menus in the SIP Nimbang Toddler application are by the needs of cadres with 22% of cadres strongly agreeing and 65% agreeing. As many as 31% of cadres want and 65% of cadres want to use this application. The SIPE Nimbang Toddler posyandu received a very good response from posyandu cadres in Larangan Indah Village. We hope this system can be implemented and assist cadres in their administrative tasks.
