Abstract

The basics of measurement in physics subjects at the high school/equivalent level are very necessary. Given that for approximately 2 years the world of education has experienced changes in learning due to the covid-19 pandemic. Face-to-face learning is turning online. The basic measurement training carried out has helped students at MAN 2 Ciracas have skills in using electrical measuring instruments such as multimeters. These skills can be seen in the results of observations of 40 students of class X in Man 2 Ciracas. The purpose of the training is to know how to read the scale on a voltage and resistance measuring instrument, take measurements of voltage and resistance, analyze the results of measurement data and draw conclusions. While the results of observations can be seen that as many as 40 students can read the measurement scale, measure voltage and resistance, analyze measurement data repeatedly and draw conclusions based on the data obtained. In addition, observations were made when students carried out experiments, namely students were very enthusiastic in conducting measurement training activities, the longest measurement time was the measurement of obstacles, the difficulties during measurement were reading the scale and changing the scale calculation.
