Abstract

The training aims to ensure that students understand Physics Learning Outcomes, and comprehend IoT, and its application in physics education. It also provides guidance in creating IoT devices and imparts data classification skills. Observations indicate that all 40 participants successfully achieved these training objectives. Throughout the training, students displayed high enthusiasm during IoT experiments. All groups effectively collected experimental data, offering a new and engaging learning experience in physics through IoT. Each group was able to follow all experimental steps. However, some challenges were encountered during the experiments. Some participants faced difficulties installing the Arduino IDE software due to insufficient laptop capabilities. Additionally, there were issues with sensor cables easily disconnecting when connected to digital pins. Nevertheless, overall, the training significantly improved the participants' understanding and skills in physics education by utilizing IoT technology.
