Evaluasi Layanan Program Studi Transportasi Berdasarkan Persepsi Mahasiswanya

Maksud penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat layanan yang diberikan oleh Program Studi Transportasi (PS Transportasi) kepada mahasiswa untuk mengevaluasi kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai visi, misi dan tujuan yang diamanatkan oleh fakultas dan universitas. Model layanan ini menggunakan teknik pendekatan 5 (lima) dimensi layanan yakni : Tangibilty, Reliabilty, Responsivness, Assurance, Emphaty. Berdasarkan hasil olah data menggunakan diagram kartesius, diperlihatkan bahwa : sarana kelas (TGB 1), laboratorium (TGB 2), peralatan laboratorium (TGB 3) dan kenyaman fasilitas ruang kegiatan (TGB 4) berada pada prioritas utama. Sedangkan untuk prioritas rendah adalah kualitas dosen (TGB 5) dan kualitas tenaga laboran (TGB 6).
Diagram kartesius untuk lima dimensi layanan secara keseluruhan memperlihatkan bahwa : tangibility merupakan bagian prioritas utama, Reliability, emphaty dan responsivness mempertahankan prestasi dan assurance berlebih.
