Abstract

PT. Daisy Mutiara Samudra pada bulan januari- februari 2015, yang merupakan perusahaan bongkar muat. pengamatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh  lapangan penumpukan (YOR) terhadap kinerja bongkar muat. Lapangan penumpukan berperan penting terhadap kinerja suatu perusahaan bongkar muat dalam melaksanakan kegiatan bongkar muat. Tingkat kepadatan lapangan penumpukan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja bongkar muat (B/M). Lapangan penumpukan yang penuh membuat kegiatan cargodoring menjadi lama sehingga kegiatan stevedoring mengalami penurunan.
