Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat kegiatan bongkar muat Coils di PT. Daisy Mutiara Samudra. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data yang diolah berupa hasil kuesioner dengan tehnik analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor exploratory. Hasil dari analasis yang dilakukan bahwa penyebab terjadinya keterlamabatan bongkar muat Coils adalah faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari Variabel X1, X4, X5, X6, X7, dan X11 dengan nilai Faktor loading sebesar 52,172% dan Faktor Internal yang teridri dari Variabel X2, X3, X8 dengan nilai Faktor loading sebesar 12.712%.
