Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penerapan Synch, sebuah solusi digital inovatif untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan efisiensi operasional logistik di PT XYZ. Dengan pendekatan metodologi studi kasus dan tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dan Blockchain dalam mengoptimalkan proses logistik, termasuk pengurangan biaya operasional dan emisi karbon melalui optimasi rute pengiriman dan kemasan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Synch memperkuat posisi PT XYZ sebagai pelopor dalam logistik berkelanjutan. Temuan ini mendukung potensi Synch sebagai alat skalabel untuk mentransformasi industri logistik ke arah yang lebih ramah lingkungan.
