Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komitmen Manajemen rantai pasok berkelanjutan terhadap kinerja operasional yang dimediasi oleh Sustainable Reverse Logistics Capability. Ini adalah studi survei dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam studi ini adalah seluruh Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) yang bergerak di bidang furnitur di Kabupaten Bantul. Data yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah data primer dari 100 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria UKM yang telah menerapkan prinsip Reduce, Reuse, dan Recycle (3R). Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) komitmen Manajemen rantai pasok berkelanjutan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional (β = 0,372; p = 0,006), 2) komitmen Manajemen rantai pasok berkelanjutan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Sustainable Reverse Logistics Capability (β = 0,769; p < 0,001), 3) Sustainable Reverse Logistics Capability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional (β = 0,467; p < 0,001), dan 4) Sustainable Reverse Logistics Capability memediasi pengaruh komitmen Manajemen rantai pasok berkelanjutan terhadap kinerja operasional (β = 0,360; p < 0,001), dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,591 untuk Sustainable Reverse Logistics Capability dan 0,624 untuk kinerja operasional.
