ANALISIS REKOMENDASI TEKNOLOGI INTEGRATED SMART LOGISTICS ECOSYSTEM DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI LAST-MILE DELIVERY: STUDI KASUS SHOPEE EXPRESS

Pertumbuhan e-commerce yang pesat di Indonesia mendorong peningkatan volume pengiriman yang signifikan, sekaligus menciptakan tekanan operasional bagi perusahaan logistik. Shopee Express (SPX) sebagai salah satu pemain utama logistik e-commerce di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan, mulai dari keterlambatan pengiriman last-mile, tingginya biaya operasional, hingga tuntutan pengurangan emisi karbon. Artikel ini mengkaji tantangan operasional Shopee Express menggunakan pendekatan sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) berdasarkan kerangka teori Swink dkk., yang mengintegrasikan tiga dimensi utama: kinerja ekonomi, tanggung jawab lingkungan, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Analisis dilakukan terhadap identifikasi masalah menggunakan diagram fishbone dan implikasi terhadap enam dimensi kinerja rantai pasok (Cost, Quality, Delivery, Flexibility, Resilience, dan Sustainability). Empat solusi strategis direkomendasikan: Smart Warehouse, AI-Based Logistics Optimization, Green Last-Mile Delivery, dan Micro Fulfillment Center. Rekomendasi tersebut bertujuan membangun integrated smart logistics ecosystem yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi emisi karbon, serta menciptakan nilai pelanggan yang lebih tinggi dengan biaya total rantai pasok yang lebih rendah.
