This study explores human resource management strategies as an effort to overcome poverty in RT 006 RW 003, Kelurahan Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. Through qualitative approaches and case studies, this research shows that effective human resource management, through improving access and quality of education, health, and infrastructure; skills development and entrepreneurship; provision of financial assistance and incentives; As well as institutional strengthening and community participation, it can contribute significantly to efforts to overcome poverty. The results show that the implementation of this strategy has had a positive impact in increasing income, job skills, and access to economic opportunities for local communities. However, the study also shows that the implementation of this strategy requires a comprehensive and coordinated approach involving various sectors and parties. This research hopes to provide new insights and practical solutions to overcome poverty in RT 006 RW 003, Kelurahan Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.
