This study aims to determine the learning process in an andragogy perspective, especially about Malcolm Knowles' assumptions in Fashion Design Training at PPKPI Jakarta. The informants in this study were one training instructor and 4 (four) fashion training participants. The method used in this study is qualitative research method. There are three techniques used in data collection in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results of this study show that fashion training at PPKPI Jakarta is in accordance with the assumptions of andragogy according to Malcolm Knowles. These assumptions have been adjusted to the learning process in fashion design training at PPKPI Jakarta. The learning process has succeeded in increasing independence, utilizing participant experience as a source of learning, and meeting the needs and orientation of participants' learning. The positive impact of the learning process makes instructors need to maintain and improve policies in the classroom.
