Abstract

The aim of this research is to increase brand awareness of Sentra Kreasi Atensi at Pusdiklatbangprof Kemensos RI through digital marketing training. The variables in this research are digital marketing training as an independent variable and increasing brand awareness of Sentra Kreasi Atensi at Pusdiklatbangprof Kemensos RI on TikTok social media as a related variable. The population in the research at the Sentra Kreasi Atensi at the Pusdiklatbangprof Kemensos RI amounted to 10 people. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach.. Researchers collected data on digital marketing training and metric analysis of TikTok social media accounts. The results of the training are increasing the comprehension of SKA beneficiaries using pre-test and post test. At training sessions 1 the average post-test result was 65.00 and the pre-test result at training sessions 2 was 90.00 and in the analysis of metrics on TikTok social media accounts SKA experienced an increase in all key metrics (followers, profile views, post views, likes, comments, shares, and unique viewers). The results of data analysis overall SKA beneficiaries have increased knowledge and skills in using TikTok social media to increase brand awareness. The conclusion of this study is that digital marketing training is proven to increase brand awareness of Sentra Kreasi Atensi at Pusdiklatbangprof Kemensos RI on TikTok social media accounts.
