Abstract

This research was conducted at the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs' Pusdiklatbangprof with the aim of finding out the learning motivation of administrator leadership training participants when the training program was implemented in the form of blended learning. The sample in this study included 30 administrator leadership training participants. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistics. The results of this study stated that the indicator of enthusiasm for administrator leadership training participants obtained the lowest results, namely 72%. Then, the indicators of consistency and perseverance for administrator leadership training participants obtained the highest results, namely 77%. Then, the average learning motivation of administrator leadership training participants during blended learning was 74.5%, which is in the high category based on the learning motivation assessment criteria.
