This research aims to describe the management of the Nirmala elderly school program in North Jakarta starting from the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The informants in this research were the School Principal, Curriculum Administrator, and Participants at the Nirmala Elderly School in North Jakarta. The results of the research show that, 1) The planning process for the Nirmala elderly school program in North Jakarta begins with a process of identifying needs and the results of this identification are used as a reference for determining program objectives, after which it continues with the process of preparing a program that is tailored to existing needs and resources, 2 ) The process of implementing the Nirmala elderly school program in North Jakarta has involved the development of a systematic learning strategy by establishing program implementation procedures and learning activity procedures that are in accordance with elderly school management standards, 3) The evaluation process for the Nirmala elderly school program in North Jakarta is carried out through internal management meetings once every batch. In these meetings, administrators evaluate the curriculum, teachers, and methods.
