Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa modul digital interaktif terintegrasi STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) pada materi teori relativitas dan konsep kuantum untuk siswa SMA kelas XII. Model penelitian yang digunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation). Pada penelitian awal ini, peneliti menggunakan metode survei deskriptif analisis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan, hasil yang didapatkan sebagai berikut: a) sebanyak 100% (52 responden) menyatakan mengetahui modul digital, b) 75% (39 responden) menyatakan modul digital interaktif dengan video, animasi, dan simulasi membantu mempelajari fisika, c) 44,2% (23 responden) menyatakan baru mengetahui istilah STEM, d) sebesar 96,2% (50 responden) menganggap bahwa materi teori relativitas dan konsep kuantum sulit. Berdasarkan jurnal yang relevan didapatkan hasil kondisi modul digital interaktif terintegrasi STEM yang ada saat ini hanya pada materi mekanika klasik saja, belum ada pada materi relativitas dan konsep kuantum. Kesimpulan penelitian awal ini dengan judul modul digital interaktif terintegrasi STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) pada materi teori relativitas dan konsep kuantum adalah layak dilakukan dengan karakteristiknya ada 2 topik dan 4 kegiatan belajar, ada video, animasi, dan evaluasi yang interaktif.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media as an interactive digital module integrated STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) on relativity theory and quantum concepts for high school grade XII. This research used Research and Development (R & D) with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluate). Preliminary research used the descriptive analysis survey method. The result of the needs analysis: a) 100% (52 respondents) stated that they knew digital modules, b) 75% (39 respondents) stated that interactive digital modules with videos, animations, and simulations helped to learn physics, c) 44.2% (23 respondents) stated that they just knew the term of STEM, d) 96.2% (50 respondents) thought that the material for relativity theory and quantum concepts was complex. Based on the relevant journals, the results of the condition of the interactive digital module which integrated STEM that currently exists are only in classical mechanics, not yet in relativity and quantum concepts. The conclusion of this preliminary research entitled interactive digital module, which integrated STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) on relativity theory and quantum concepts, is feasible to be done with its characteristics. There are two topics and four learning activities, videos, animations, and interactive evaluation.
