Dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan agar dihasilkan SDM berkualitas yang menguasai keterampilam abad-21 yaitu keterampilan 5C (critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity, dan character), kemendikbudristek menghadirkan kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar materi hukum gerak newton strategi peer instruction dengan berbantuan nearpod. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah R&D (Reserch and Development) dengan model 4D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate). Model ini digunakan karena tersusun secara sistematis urutan kegiatan yang perlu dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah belajar agar bahan ajar yang dihasilkan sesuai kebutuhan. Bahan ajar materi hukum gerak newton strategi peer instruction barbantu nearpod ini mencakup materi yang dilengkapi multimedia serta tersinkronisasi asesmen formatif dengan beragam variasi format. Bahan ajar ini dapat memudahkan guru dalam memfasilitasi peserta didik saat melaksanakan pembelajaran fisika agar interaktif, menarik dan menyenangkan sehingga dapat tercapai pemahaman konseptual yang baik.

Abstract

In an effort to improve the quality of education in order to produce quality human resources who master the 21st century skills, namely the 5C skills (critical thinking, communication, collaboration, creativity, and character), the Ministry of Education and Culture presents an independent curriculum. This study aims to develop teaching materials on Newton's laws of motion with the peer instruction strategy with the help of nearpod. The method used in this research is R&D (Research and Development) with a 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). This model is used because it is systematically arranged in the sequence of activities that need to be carried out to solve learning problems so that teaching materials are produced as needed. The teaching material for Newton's laws of motion, the peer instruction strategy assisted by Nearpod, includes material equipped with multimedia and synchronized formative assessments with a variety of formats. This teaching material can make it easier for teachers to facilitate students when carrying out physics learning so that it is interactive, interesting and fun so that good conceptual understanding can be achieved.
