Dampak Pelatihan Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Berbasis Standar Proses Pendidikan Dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru PAUD)

Kompetensi guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan Standar Proses Pendidikan masih menjadi tantangan di banyak satuan PAUD, khususnya terkait penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pemilihan metode, dan perancangan penilaian yang mengacu pada standar yang berlaku. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAUD dalam mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran melalui pelatihan berbasis Standar Proses Pendidikan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan desain one-group pretest-posttest terhadap 22 orang guru PAUD sebagai peserta. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen tes kompetensi sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, uji-t berpasangan (paired sample t-test), uji Wilcoxon signed-rank sebagai konfirmasi, serta perhitungan N-Gain untuk mengukur efektivitas pelatihan. Hasil menunjukkan rerata skor pretest sebesar 63,18 (SD = 6,08) meningkat menjadi 95,45 (SD = 5,32) pada posttest, dengan selisih rerata 32,27 poin. Uji-t berpasangan menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan (t = 19,34; df = 21; p < 0,001), yang dikonfirmasi oleh uji Wilcoxon (p < 0,001). Perhitungan N-Gain menunjukkan rerata 0,88 yang termasuk kategori tinggi, dengan 86,4% peserta mencapai kategori tinggi. Temuan membuktikan bahwa pelatihan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis Standar Proses Pendidikan efektif meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAUD secara signifikan.
