Tingkat Stres, Kecemasan dan Depresi pada Mahasiswa Olahraga

Masalah psikologis merupakan hal yang pasti dirasakan oleh seluruh kalangan masyarakat, termasuk mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat stress, kecemasan dan depresi pada mahasiswa. Pendekatan survey digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Cenderawasih yang masih aktif. Total subjek dalam penelitian ini 150 subjek yang terdiri atas 100 mahasiswa laki-laki dan 50 mahasiswa Perempuan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Depressionn Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS 42). Skala linkert yang terdiri atas empat skala penilaian digunakan dalam proses pengukuran. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung dan melalui gform yang dilakukan pada bulan juli hingga agustus 2024. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakkan statistic deskriptif dengan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata mahasiswa memilik tingkat stress dalam kategori normal, sedangkan tingkat kecemasan dan depresi masuk kategori sedang. Implikasi dari temuan ini yaitu perlu adanya strategi manajemen stress, kecemasan dan depresi yang baru bagi mahasiswa olahraga untuk meningkatkan produktifitas dan terpenuhinya capaian pembelajaran.
