This study uses a descriptive-analytical method, with a qualitative approach based on literature studies and secondary data from various primary and secondary sources, including government reports, academic journals, and research results. This study concludes that Jakarta's environmental resilience to future disasters depends on a combination of appropriate policies, effective risk management, and increased community adaptation to disasters as well as collective efforts from various parties. Although Jakarta faces great challenges, the steps that have been taken and innovations in the field of technology give hope that the city can become more resilient to future disasters
