This study analyzes the economic-social synergy in Cakung and Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, from 2020 to 2025. The method employed is descriptive-analytical through a literature review (library research), processing secondary data from BPS, Bappeda, and previous academic journals. Findings indicate that economic growth in both areas is driven by the optimization of local revenue (PAD) and capital expenditure. Cakung excels in industrial recovery and HDI improvement, while Kramat Jati faces structural vulnerabilities due to urbanization and disaster risks. Although economic growth reduces unemployment, income inequality and social segregation challenges persist. It is concluded that inclusive policies are needed that combine environmental risk mitigation with strengthening social capital to ensure sustainable development.
